Public, unless it was produced by students. One would assume that the parent
was NOT a student or working with educational personnel to produce the content.
That's how our Educational channel would handle it.

[Alliance-members] P or E? where does it go
This was a question that came up during a meeting of PEG access board I'm on in
a Neighboring town.
"A parent films the High School varsity rugby match, which channel does it go
on Public or Education?"
At the Access center I run, all the high sporting events are filmed by students
with supervision by the High School telecommunications teacher and aired on the
Education channel.
Just wanted to see where other people would put it.
