5.0_RC1 restorecd

I've built and put 5.0_RC1 based NetBSD/cobalt restorecd:
ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/cobalt/restore-cd/5.0_RC1/

Only target binaries (both cobalt and i386 server) are
updated to 5.0_RC1 and there is no functional changes
on restorecd itself from the previous 5.0_BETA one.
