Hi Volker,
I've solved the issue: there is a bug in Windows 2003 that prevents de correct
use of
shutdown.exe ( see Microsoft kb 820524 ).
In any case the work-around is easy: create a dummy system environment variable
called
UserDomain ( the value is not important ). After restart, RUNRMTCMD can execute
shutdown.exe
