it appears to work fine with Safari.

Hi all:

I just added my cox accounts to suddenlink. I was having an issue with the
pop3. Got error (from kmail) that user name or password were incorrect. I
changed user name to username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and that worked . . . shrug

Also, outgoing smtp requires authorization as far as I can tell. I again
added my username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx for login as well as my password. Sending
now works.

settings I have are:
pop3 pop.suddenlink.net port 110
smtp smtp.suddenlink.net port 25

also, has anyone looked at their main page (suddenlink.com)? I guess it is
wired only for MS internetexploder? . . . lame . . I was able to use the
suddenlink.net site to get my accounts 'imported' from cox. Kind of slow
process, but ultimately worked.
