hi folks:
my mom uses dialup in idaho. kppp isn't working well (it didn't work here for
that matter!) so i ran the great old pppconfig and made her dialup account.
pon and poff are now working perfectly for her as user.
since pon always makes and keeps a solid connection, i don't even want to
bother trying to fix kppp. what i would like to do instead is make two new
icons that link to pon and poff so she can simply click on them to start and
stop her connection.
so far, my efforts have failed. what is the trick to getting a kde icon to do
this wonderful thing?
