They emit very little radiation, if they want to worry about something
tell them to worry about the cell phone they are talking on. It emits
a hell of a lot more radiation then a LCD.

"CRTs emit VLF and ELF (Very Low Frequency and Extra Low Frequency)
electromagnetic radiation (caused by the scanning electron beam in the
CRT tube), while LCD's do NOT. These EM emmissions are considered by
many to be harmful to health. "
